1. Key Definitions
- Platform (BazarExpo): The website and software infrastructure enabling interactions between buyers and sellers.
- User: Any individual or legal entity visiting, buying, selling, or otherwise using the platform.
- Consumer (Customer): A user who uses the platform to purchase goods or services.
- Vendor (Seller): A user who registers a store and offers products or services.
- Account: A user's digital identity for accessing platform-specific services.

2. Acceptance of Terms
Registration, login, and any use of BazarExpo constitute unconditional acceptance of these terms.
If you do not agree with any part, you must leave the platform and discontinue use.

- Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any activity under a user's account is deemed their responsibility.

4. Vendor Terms
By opening a store on BazarExpo, vendors agree to:
- Offer goods/services matching the provided descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Comply with applicable laws (including e-commerce and consumer protection regulations).
- Accurately set prices, shipping costs, and free-shipping thresholds.
- Accept full responsibility for product quality, safety, packaging, and timely delivery.
- Payment is released only after the return period lapses and customer satisfaction is confirmed.
- Respect the mandatory minimum return period and bear return shipping costs in cases of non-conformity.

5. Consumer (Customer) Terms
- Customers must carefully review product details and conditions before purchasing.
- Placing an order constitutes an obligation to pay the final invoiced amount.
- If an order is canceled before shipment, the amount will be refunded according to policy.
- Customers have the right to return items within the guaranteed return period and receive a refund.
- Any abuse of the return right (e.g., intentional damage) will be subject to legal action.

6. Intellectual Property
- All platform content (text, images, logos, software code) is owned by BazarExpo or the respective vendors.

- Vendors guarantee that the content they upload does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing false, forged, or misleading information.
- Selling counterfeit, smuggled, or illegal products.
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.

- Sending spam, malicious content, or offensive material.

8. Limitation of Liability
- BazarExpo is an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality, authenticity, or delivery delays of vendor-offered products.
- Disputes between buyers and sellers are primarily their own responsibility; BazarExpo provides mediation within legal boundaries.
- BazarExpo is not liable for indirect damages, including data loss or lost profits, except where explicitly required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation and BazarExpo's support team.
