Terms of services for vendors

Vendor Terms & Conditions – BazarExpo.com

By listing any product or service on this platform, you as a Vendor agree to be legally bound by the following terms.

1. Full Vendor Accountability to the Customer
The Vendor bears complete and direct responsibility towards the Customer for product quality, authenticity, conformity with the description, delivery timelines, and all legal obligations pertaining to the offered goods or services. The Platform acts solely as an intermediary and assumes no liability for transaction-related damages.

2. Payment Condition – Customer Satisfaction & No Return
The agreed payment will be released to the Vendor only after the lapse of the mandatory return period and provided that no return request, no valid dispute, and customer satisfaction has been confirmed. In the event of a return or unresolved complaint, funds will be held until final resolution. This mechanism protects the buyer and incentivizes the Vendor to deliver superior quality.

3. Prohibition of Fraud, Deception, and Counterfeits
Any misrepresentation, falsification of product details, sale of counterfeit or non-genuine goods, or deceptive practice is strictly forbidden. Upon proven violation, the Vendor’s account will be permanently suspended, all due payments forfeited, and legal action will be pursued. The Vendor shall fully indemnify both the Customer and the Platform.

4. Commitment to Quality Enhancement and Brand Reputation
The Vendor commits to continuously improve product quality, respond transparently, and uphold consumer rights to build a strong brand reputation and earn positive customer feedback. Vendors with low ratings or high return rates may face reduced product visibility or account suspension.

5. Return & Refund Guarantee Period
The Vendor shall provide a minimum [X-day] return window as per platform policy. During this period, if the Customer is dissatisfied, the item may be returned at no extra cost to the buyer, and a full refund shall be issued. The Vendor bears the return shipping cost in cases of defect or non-conformity.

6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By activating the store and uploading products, the Vendor acknowledges having read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the above terms.
